Adult Autism Evaluations
For neurodivergent adults who’ve always wondered: “Is it just me?”
You’ve spent years adapting, pushing through, or feeling like something wasn’t quite clicking the way it seemed to for others.
Maybe you've been labeled “too sensitive,” “too intense,” or “too much.”
Maybe you've become an expert at masking, blending in, people-pleasing, and second-guessing yourself to avoid being “the problem.”
Maybe you’ve spent hours in Reddit threads, taking self-tests, or reading about autism and feeling like… finally, something makes sense.
Getting an autism evaluation can be a powerful step toward clarity, self-compassion, and building a life that works for your brain, not the one the world expects you to have.
My Approach
This is a neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed process. That means:
I center your lived experience, not just checklists or stereotypes.
I use evidence-based tools and clinical intuition grounded in years of working with neurodivergent adults.
I understand that unmasking is vulnerable. We go at your pace, with care, consent, and collaboration at every step.
Whether you’re seeking answers for yourself, considering accommodations or disability services, or hoping to understand your history with more compassion, this process is designed to support your insight and growth.

The full process usually takes 3–4 weeks from start to finish. This includes your intake session, assessments, scoring, report writing, and a final feedback session. I’ll keep you informed at every step.

I use a combination of evidence-based tools designed for adult autism assessments, including structured interviews and questionnaires. I choose tools based on your unique presentation and needs. No one-size-fits-all testing here.

Yes. While the primary focus of this evaluation is autism, I also assess for ADHD and other commonly co-occurring conditions like anxiety, OCD, or sensory processing differences, when relevant. We’ll talk about your full experience — not just one piece of it.

That’s incredibly common, especially for folks who’ve masked for years or been overlooked due to gender, race, or other factors. I approach each evaluation with curiosity and care, centering your lived experience alongside the data.

You’ll receive a clear, collaborative report that includes your results, clinical impressions, relevant diagnoses (if applicable), and personalized recommendations for support, accommodations, and next steps. It’s written in plain language — no confusing jargon or copy-pasted templates.
